Derma Vax™ (DNA Vaccine delivery) - A Medical Device
Best suited for when high doses and robust immune responses are desired such as cancer vaccines and gene therapy, the Derma Vax™ system primarily targets the dermis layer of skin. This area is an immune system organ. It utilizes a two-step process where a therapeutic is first injected by hypodermic needle, then followed by insertion of a needle array electrode and pulse sequence delivery.

Hybrimune™ (mAb Discovery)
Cyto Pulse antibody discovery technology enables efficient creation of a large variety of monoclonal antibodies. Monoclonal antibodies are increasingly being approved for clinical applications and the need for monoclonal antibodies for clinical diagnostics is strong. Phases in the discovery and creation of monoclonal antibodies are: target selection, vaccination of animals (usually mice or transgenic mice), immortalization of B cells or cloning of antibody genes and manufacturing of the antibody.
CytoLVT-S™ (Large Volume Transfection)
CytoLVT-S™ is a large volume ex vivo / in vitro cell transfection system based on electroporation technology. Cyto Pulse's intellectual property portfolio in cell transfection, including patents and patents pending, enables direct scale-up of basic reasearch to clinical and industrial applications without increasing process complexity.
CytoLVT-P™ (Large Volume Transfection)
CytoLVT-P™ is an automated system that can process up to 1 L of cell suspension in 5 mL static increments. One complete cycle takes 7 seconds. The chamber is specially design to thoroughly mix the two solutions. The complex electroporation waveform is applied. The transfected solution is them pumped out of the chamber into a third container. This cycle is repeated until the complete volume has been processed. The system is sterile, closed.
OncoVet™ (Veterinary)
Cyto Pulse uses pulsed electric field technology to deliver drugs and DNA into cells. There are at least two uses for this technology in veterinary oncology. One is local treatment of tumors. This is a mature technology that is currently being utilized. The other is delivery of DNA vaccines specific for tumor antigens. While the technology to deliver DNA vaccines is mature, specific vaccines will are still in development.
